Self Catering Accommodation in the New Forest at
Pine View Cottage, Milford-on-Sea

We are delighted to offer lovely self-catering accommodation in the New Forest at Pine View Cottage, Milford-on-Sea. This is a charming Georgian-style three bedroomed cottage/town house for up to six people. It is situated in a quiet, traffic-free close in Milford-on-Sea, with ample private parking.

Just a short walk away are safe beaches, numerous shops, three friendly pubs and some excellent restaurants. The mainline station to Waterloo is only 10 minutes drive away and Milford-on-Sea has a selection of bus services.

The holiday cottage is well furnished with all modern appliances to ensure a stress free break. It has delightful south-facing sun lounge opening to a patio and small, enclosed garden, with decking and garden furniture.

The front bedroom has a double bed and single bed making a double, family or twin room. The back bedroom has a romantic double 4-poster bed. The third bedroom has a single bed which has a smaller bed (5'10") underneath and a travel cot if needed, making it ideal for a single person or two children.

There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower over the bath. Children are welcome as are well-behaved pets but no smoking inside the premises please; stair gate and children's rocker provided.

Prices range from £255 per week in low season rising to £575 in high season, and include all amenities. Bedding and duvets are provided, with beds made up for your arrival, but not personal towels. An information folder, books (including children's) and various tourist leaflets are provided. There is no telephone, so please bring your mobile phone.

There is a discount for stays of more than one week if you do not require a weekly changeover. For details of longer winter lets please contact Sheri Gadd.

Pine View Cottage has been graded 4 stars by the English Tourist Board and we pride ourselves on providing a spotlessly clean house with no hidden extra costs. Book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that Pine View Cottage is a NO SMOKING property.

Cherry Trees is found at the end of a private lane off the Lymington Road (B3058). Pine View Cottage is in Windmill Close, off Chaucer Drive down Barnes Lane which runs to the village centre.
